Shipping

Every BitsyPaws order ships free within the United States — no minimum, no coupon codes, just free standard shipping on everything. We know that when your dog needs comfort, waiting around isn't really an option, so we move quickly.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day. Anything placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends ships the next business day. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days.

If you need it sooner, we offer expedited shipping for $7.95, which arrives in 2–3 business days, and priority overnight shipping for $14.95, which arrives in 1–2 business days. Both options are available at checkout.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check the status of your order anytime on our Track Order page. If your tracking hasn't updated in a while, feel free to reach out — we're happy to look into it.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Canadian orders ship via USPS International and typically arrive within 7–14 business days. A flat rate of $9.95 applies. We're actively working on expanding to more countries, so if you're outside the US and Canada, keep an eye on our site for updates.

Returns

We know that every dog is different. Some pups take to the vest right away, others need a few tries, and some may not respond at all. That's exactly why we offer a generous return window — we'd rather you feel confident trying it than hesitate.

If the BitsyPaws Calming Vest doesn't work for your dog, you can return it within 45 days of delivery for a full refund. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through. We mean it — we won't ask you to prove it didn't work or fill out a lengthy form. If it's not right for your pup, it's not right.

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@bitsypaws.com with your order number and let us know you'd like to return. We'll reply with a prepaid return shipping label — return shipping is on us. You don't need the original packaging; just make sure the vest is clean. Once we receive the return, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size? It happens, especially when you're measuring a wiggly dog. Email us and we'll arrange a free exchange. We'll ship your new size as soon as your return is on its way back, so your pup isn't left waiting longer than necessary. If you're unsure about sizing, our support team is happy to help you figure it out before you order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your vest arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, reach out to us right away and we'll send a replacement at no cost. No need to return the damaged one first — we'll ship the replacement immediately. We stand behind the quality of every vest we make.
