At BitsyPaws, we know how excited you and your furry friends are to receive your new gear! We work hard to ensure your order is processed quickly and arrives safely at your doorstep.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a notification via email once your order has shipped, including a tracking number.
Please note: During high-volume seasons (like holidays or sales), processing may take an additional 1-2 days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Rates are based on the destination and the weight of your items.

USA & Canada - 7–14 Business Days
Europe - 7–12 Business Days
Australia & NZ - 10–21 Business Days
Rest of the World - 14–25 Business Days

International Shipping, Customs & Duties

BitsyPaws is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

Tracking Your Package

Once your order is on its way, you will receive an Order Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours. You can track your "pawsome" package directly on our website or through the carrier's portal.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your address at checkout! We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If you notice a mistake, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order so we can try to update it before it ships.

Damages & Issues

If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us at [Insert your email] within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging.
We will do our best to send a replacement or issue a refund immediately.

Lost Packages

If your tracking information says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office first. If it is still missing after 3 business days, contact us and we will help you file a claim with the carrier.
